What You Should Know About Prilosec

If you have taken Prilosec for 14 days and you need to take it again, you should wait for 4 months to pass before you begin another 14 day treatment. If you need to treat your heartburn before that time, you should consult with a doctor. Keep in mind that heartburn symptoms are often confused with the beginning symptoms for a heart attack. If you experience a heavy feeling, chest pain, dizziness, sweating, pain spreading to the shoulder and arm, nausea, vomiting and a general sick feeling, you should go to the emergency room immediately.
